Staff Recognition

As family members, you rely on the programs and services provided to your loved ones by the Center for Disability Services. From teachers, nurses, and therapists, to Direct Support Professionals, CFDS staff are the reason we are able to support over 10,000 people with disabilities every day!

Many times, family members want to find a meaningful way to thank staff members for all that they do in a meaningful way. The Family Network aims to provide ways for you to show how grateful you are for the work they do!

NEW: Family members can nominate RESIDENTAL or DAY PROGRAM staff for Outstanding Employee of the Month

We welcome you to nominate a Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff member in our residential or day programs for the “Outstanding Employee of the Month” award. You see first-hand how the dedication of our staff helps your family member. If you know of a DSP who has gone above and beyond and embodies the values of the Center, please recognize them with a nomination for “Outstanding Employee of the Month.” Each month, two winners will be selected, one from the Adult Program and one from the Residential Program. Winners will be celebrated with a Thank You card and Amazon Gift Card and will also be featured on the Center’s Facebook page.

All submissions need to be received by the 15th of each month. Winners will be announced on the third Tuesday of every month.
