Camper Application, Fees, Dates

Clover Patch Camp’s 2026 successful and fun summer season has come to a close! Our team is busy preparing a fresh, inclusive camp season filled with new activities, familiar faces, and the same heartfelt care that makes Clover Patch Camp feel like home for 2027. Whether you’re a returning camper, a new family, or a volunteer ready to make a difference — we can’t wait to welcome you back to the patch where growth and joy come naturally.

2027 Session Dates & Rates

2027 session dates and rates are coming soon! Campers can come join the fun for any or all of the following weeks. Applicants will have the opportunity to come for just days or stay overnight throughout the session(s).

Please note: Clover Patch Camp offers scholarship opportunities for individuals living at home with family in the Capital District. In addition, camp programs may be funded through OPWDD Self-Directed Budgets.

Application Process

The 2027 application will be added at a later date

Before starting the application, we ask that all families review the Application Guide. It contains step-by-step instructions and important information to ensure a smooth application process.

  • Pages 1 – 16 may be submitted right away.
  • Pages 17 – 20 may be completed later with the camper’s primary physician during the camper’s annual physical.

We encourage families not to delay submitting an application while waiting for an updated physical. If there is a delay, please contact the camp office.
