Spectator info

We welcome spectators at the 35th Annual Sand & Spike International Volleyball Tournament on Million Dollar Beach, in Lake George, to benefit Prospect Center, an affiliate of the Center for Disability Services.

Come cheer on your friends, family or just come to watch some amazing, high-level volleyball. 

Enjoy beautiful views of Lake George and take advantage of all the Village of Lake George has to offer. 

Here are a few helpful tips for spectators

1. The sun will be hot as well as the sand!  Sand socks or beach shoes are suggested.
2. Schedule/Play time: 9:00 a.m. to dusk on both days of the Tournament (August 1st and 2nd).
3. Parking is limited at the beach. Parking costs $10/car, $5/motorcycle. Metered street parking is available in the village of Lake George. 
4. Alcohol, glass containers and pets are all prohibited at Million Dollar Beach.
5. Bring your swimsuit! Swimming in designated areas will be allowed (weather permitting). Restrooms, showers and changing rooms are available. 
6. Food available for purchase at Million Dollar Beach concession stand and at area restaurants. 
7. Bringing your own chair or beach blanket is suggested.
