The Family Network

 

 

With more than 80 locations throughout 15 counties, the Center for Disability Services provides programs, services, and a continuum of care to over 10,000 people with 300 different diagnoses annually.. Families, guardians, and caregivers are vital to the health and overall wellbeing of not only the people receiving services from the Center, but to the Center itself.

 

The Family Network provides support, resources, communication, and engagement to all families of people receiving services at the Center for Disability Services. 

 

Your participation, feedback, perspective, voice, and experience are welcome. We look forward to having your family join the hundreds of other families in helping carry out the Center’s mission.
