My contributions to the Center recognize the wonderful support provided by your PTs and OTs for the care of my wife from 2009-2014 to help her survive from a serious stroke.
We feel every person should be valued, respected, and be given the opportunity to enjoy life.
My sister has received services from CFDS throughout her entire lifetime. She is 76 years old and lives in an adult residence and she attends the day program at 700 S Pearl Street. Her care and wellbeing are a priority for our family.
