Camp Spectacular 2024 Fees and Dates
FEE:
$425 per session (9:00 am – 4:00 pm)
Dates:
Session 1: July 22-July 26
Campers entering 6th grade - entering 12th grade
Session 2: July 29-August 2
Campers entering 6th grade - entering 12th grade
Session 3: August 5-August 9
Campers entering 3rd grade - entering 5th grade
No deposit is required at the time of application submission. Payment in full is required one week prior to the start of the camping session unless the camper has an approved OPWDD self-directed budget.
If the camper has an approved OPWDD self-directed budget we will work with the Fiscal Intermediary on the camper’s behalf to submit attendance and request payment
Cancellation Policy – If an enrolled camper cancels prior to the beginning of the session the camp fee will be refunded. If a camper is sent home due to medical reasons determined by the camp health director, the camp fee will be prorated and refunded. If the camper does not wish to remain at camp, or if the camper is sent home due to behavioral issues, a refund will be prorated and refunded contingent upon the vacancy being filled.
