Residential Services
Living more independently is an important milestone for many adults who have disabilities. At the Center, we want every adult with disabilities to have options and to be able to feel successful in making their own choices.
We are the largest provider of residential services for individuals with disabilities in Upstate New York.
We prepare individuals (and their families) for this transition to more independent living through life skills education and service coordination. We’ll discuss needs and determine the health care, social and personal supports necessary to maximize independence and enjoy life.
Our Residential options include:
Supervised Living
We offer Supervised Living opportunities in various types of certified group homes throughout the Capital District. Features include daily programs, around-the-clock supervision and support to enhance and maintain independence to live, work, socialize and participate in community life.
Supportive Living
Our certified Supportive Living apartments offer oversight, guidance and intermittent support to residents who can live on their own, or with a roommate, in the community.
