The Center’s wide range of services allows us to provide a seamless continuum of care as the people we support age or as their needs change.

 

People Services Department

The People Services Department provides information about the Center and its services to the community for those who need guidance with their loved one’s care. We work with each person and/or their family to identify individual needs in order to provide appropriate connections to the Center and its supports and services. We strive to make the process as easy as possible.
