Aquatics Program

At the Center for Disability Services, we know it’s important to be proactive in creating and maintaining the best possible health – and that’s why finding an activity you enjoy is key to sticking with a healthy exercise routine. The Center has a large, indoor therapeutic swimming pool Our pool is fully accessible, with wide steps, a built-in ramp with railings for a gradual entry and exit and a maximum depth is 4’11”. Our pool is maintained at 96 degrees for comfort. 

Our Aquatics program includes

  • Aquatic Therapy for those with Developmental Disabilities 
  • Learn-to-Swim lessons (one-on-one) taught by certified instructors for children with or without disabilities ($30 per 20 min. lesson)
  • Jacuzzi to enhance the therapeutic experience 
  • Open Swim to public ($10 per day or $55 per month memberships)
    • Early Bird Hours: Monday – Thursday: 6:30am to 8:15am 
    • Afternoon Hours: Monday – Friday: 11:15 am to 1 pm
