Finding the right support for your loved one is an important decision, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Our enrollment process is designed to be simple, supportive, and centered around understanding your unique needs.

Once submitted, a member of our People Services team will personally reach out to learn more about your situation, answer your questions, and guide you through the next steps.

We know every individual and family is different, so this conversation helps us ensure you receive the most appropriate information, services, and support.

People Services Department

The People Services Department provides information about the Center and its services to the community for those who need guidance with their loved one’s care. We work with each person and/or their family to identify individual needs in order to provide appropriate connections to the Center and its supports and services. We strive to make the process as easy as possible.
