AA - Highest level of play.  "AA" level players are able to dig the hardest hits and attack at consistently high level.  If you are consistently in the finals at the "A" level you should consider playing at the "AA" level.

A - An "A" player is somewhere between "BB" and "AA".  They know all the skills well but cannot execute the high level plays effectively all the time.  "A" players can run combination plays and keep rallies going by utilizing proper defensive techniques.   If you have not won any games in the "AA" level you should be playing "A".

BB - A "BB" players knows where to be on the court at all times when plays are developing.  A "BB" player knows how to approach hitting and defense effectively and consistently.  A "BB" players knows how to run an effective offensive and defensive system (i.e. 5-1 or 6-2 indoors).  If you have continuously broken pool at the "B" level or have not won any games at the "A" level you should be playing "BB".

B - A "B" player is still in the early learning stages of the game but knows the skills.  A "B" player knows how to bump, set, and spike, but a "B" player does not perform these skills consistently.  A "B" player makes mistakes often.  If you have continuously broken pool in this level in previous years, you should be playing "BB".
