Karen Kelly Hoblock
Deputy Executive Director, Operations

Karen was appointed the Deputy Executive Director, Operations for the Center for Disability Services in 2003.  In this position, she is responsible for the oversight of Facilities Management, Real Estate Development, Space Planning, Contract and Lease Management, Property Casualty, Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance and Fleet Safety.  She is the chairperson of the agency-wide policy and procedure committee and is the Executive liaison to the agency-wide safety committee.

Karen has been with the Center since 1974 and has held numerous positions in the various administrative support departments during those years.

Karen is the past president and a current board member of the Capital Region Building Owners and Managers Association.

Karen lives in Loudonville with her husband Mike.
